 Susan Downing, with over 18 years of mortgage lending experience is passionate about reverse mortgages. She has found that working with the senior population has been one of the most rewarding events of her career. She is committed to educating every client on the reverse mortgage program, while determining if it is the best program to suit their needs. Her philosophy is to treat everyone as if they were a family member. By doing so she can ensure with confidence that whoever she meets will make the right decision, regardless of whether it is a reverse mortgage or another financial solution.
Her greatest accomplishment is knowing that she can help change the financial quality of someone’s life. This can be done without having anyone incur any monthly financial burdens in the process, which in today’s escalating economy is extremely important. She is able to keep seniors in their home where they want to be.
Susan also works with a network of business associates including banks, financial planners, attorneys, realtors and senior centers to educate them on how the Reverse Mortgage Program can meet the needs of their own clients. In addition, Susan has participated in TV, radio and webinars to help educate the public on the Reverse Mortgage product.
Susan lives in Hanover with her husband and two children. She enjoys spending time with her family, attending her children’s sporting events and volunteering her time with various local groups. She is currently completing her certification as a Certified Senior Advisor. |
